About The Author
Yoshiharu Sato, also known as "Slang" on the
Internet, was born in Japan on February 2,
1987 (hence he is presently 20 years old).
Tremendously inspired by first-person shooters
and 3D engine technologies (esp. John Carmack's
Doom 3 renderer), Yoshiharu began to study
graphics programming on his own in 2003,
and started his personal 3D engine project
-- the Flexion Engine -- in 2004.
